Key Responsibilities:
- Cart Fleet Management:
- Maintain and organize the golf club’s fleet of golf carts.
- Ensure all golf carts are in good working condition and are clean and presentable.
- Charge electric carts and refuel gas-powered carts as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Greet golfers courteously and professionally as they arrive at the cart barn.
- Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts.
- Provide golfers with information about cart policies and course conditions.
- Course Readiness:
- Ensure that golf carts are staged and ready for play, following tee time reservations.
- Help the Starter and Ranger maintain an efficient pace of play by ensuring carts are properly distributed on the course.
- Maintenance:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on golf carts, such as cleaning, tire maintenance, and simple repairs.
- Report any issues or damage to the Head Golf Professional or maintenance staff.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an inventory of golf carts, accessories, and supplies.
- Keep track of keys and ensure the secure storage of golf carts when not in use.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Promote safety and responsible cart usage among golfers.
- Enforce club policies related to cart usage and rules, and report violations if necessary.
- Assist with Special Events:
- Assist with tournaments and special events by preparing carts and ensuring the smooth flow of play.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years old with a valid ID.
- A passion for golf and an understanding of golf etiquette.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a golf club or outdoor setting.
- Ability to operate and maintain golf carts safely.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of golf cart maintenance is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags, and perform light maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the golf club’s facilities, services, and tee times.
- Assist with golfer inquiries, including merchandise selection, equipment rentals, and course information.
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Merchandise Sales:
- Maintain a well-organized and clean Pro Shop.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.

The Food and Beverage Operations Staff will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Excellence:
- Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about the menu.
- Deliver orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
2. Table and Dining Area Maintenance:
- Set up and clean dining tables, ensuring they are properly set with utensils, glassware, and tableware.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
3. Beverage Service:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
- Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service is in compliance with state regulations.
4. Menu Knowledge:
- Familiarize yourself with the menu, including daily specials and ingredients.
- Provide information and suggestions to guests regarding menu choices.
- Ensure that any dietary restrictions or allergies are communicated to the kitchen.
5. Order Processing:
- Enter food and beverage orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collect payments and process transactions efficiently and accurately.

6. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
